Click the PDF button and the file will open in a new page.

Then you can download it clicking the arrow in the floating menu.

Use a PDF editor to fill out the application. You can click submit form on the application and it will use your email tool to send it. If that doesn't work, save the PDF and send as an attachment to Jenna.weerock@gmail.com

Print out the application if you do not have a pdf file editor. Fill it out and drop it off at Wee Rock.

You can come by Wee Rock and get a hard copy to fill out.
