Our small groups are everything to our church. Our strategy with our small groups is to equip those leading the group to serve in the capacity of pastor of that group. We train those to lead and pastor and raise up leaders themselves; with the end result of sending out leaders to start a new small group. We have monthly training for small group leaders and the actual groups meet anywhere between one to three times a month. We value our small groups and endeavor that every member of our church be plugged in to one. We envision a great amount of personal ministry and connection happening at small group settings.
